I highly recommend Dr. Ruff! He did an excellent job and I’m so happy I chose him for my surgery. I was absolutely amazed at how easily I recovered. It was painless! After two weeks, I’m feeling back to normal and already enjoying how well my clothes are fitting. I only had to take Tylenol for the first three days. Dr. Ruff took special measures to ensure my comfort, mentally and physically. He called me the night before the surgery to address any concerns and make me feel confident about the procedure. He called when I got home and another time a few days later to see how I was doing. He’s extremely kind and sensitive to his patients, does superb work, and goes above and beyond to ensure a smooth and successful surgery.

Dr Ruff and his team exceeded my expectations! Amazing bedside manner, very professional and knowledgeable. The procedure went smoothly with no pain or discomfort. I had my breast augmentation completely redone. He transformed my breasts and they look incredible. They look natural and perfect. I couldn’t have pictured a better result! 10/10! I have seen Dr. Barrera and his staff 3 times over nearly 20 years. I would not go anywhere else. The staff is exceptional and Dr. Barrera is highly skilled. The post-surgery follow-up is outstanding by both the staff and Dr. Barrera. They over-deliver which is rare these days. BTW, I travel to Houston from some distance because I believe they provide some of the very best hair transplant work/services in the country.
In addition to being an expert in his field; Dr. Barrera has an overwhelming kindness and genuine concern for his patients. I wouldn’t consider seeing any other doctor!
