Case 1:
A 57-year-old woman was referred by her surgeon for reconstruction of the sideburns and anterior temporal hairline 5 years after a face lift procedure. She received approximately 350 micrografts and minigrafts, 175 per side, using the above mentioned technique. She had no complications, and is shown I year later (Figs. I and 2).

Case 2:
A 53-year-old woman, 3 years after a face lift procedure, presented to my office interested in having her sideburns restored. She underwent a single session of 300 micrografts and minigrafts, 150 per side, and had no complications. The result shown (Fig. 3) is only at 4 months; further improvement is expected over the subsequent 8 months.
